Terms & Conditions BJ77 – Rules for Malaysia's Online Betting & Casino Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "Player") and the BJ77 platform ("BJ77", "we", "the platform"). BJ77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Failure to comply with document verification requests within the stipulated timeframe
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting BJ77's customer support team via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any valid positive balance in the account will be returned to the member via the original payment method, subject to satisfactory identity verification and after all bonus wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

Members who close their account for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) may apply for a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 1 year. During the self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reactivated before the set end date.
